Cards generate one at a time. Multi-card AI pack generation is disabled; the standalone pack simulator runs only in the browser.

Yes. The AI generates new images from scratch based on your photo and the card concept. It does not apply filters, overlays, or templates. Each artwork is unique. However, as with all AI-generated art, the output is influenced by the training data. MakeACard does not claim copyright over AI-generated artwork and users should verify commercial use rights in their jurisdiction.

How accurate is the AI at matching the photo?▼

The AI captures the essence and key features of the subject rather than producing a photorealistic replica. A golden retriever photo will produce a card with a dog that clearly resembles a golden retriever, but stylized as a trading card illustration. The accuracy depends on photo quality - clear, well-lit, single-subject photos produce the best results.

Can I use the AI-generated cards commercially?▼

Personal use is fully permitted. Commercial use of AI-generated artwork depends on your jurisdiction's laws regarding AI copyright. In most jurisdictions, purely AI-generated works without sufficient human creative input are not copyrightable. MakeACard does not claim ownership of user uploads or generated cards.
