Is MakeACard free to use?▼
Each linked identity gets one free successful card per Asia/Kolkata day. Authenticated users can buy 10 credits for INR 149 for more generations. The standalone browser-only pack simulator is free.
What photos work best?▼
Clear, well-lit photos with a single main subject work best. Portraits, pet close-ups, cosplay shots, and sports action photos all produce excellent results. The AI analyzes the image to determine creature type, stats, and artistic style.
How long does it take to generate a card?▼
Generation usually takes about a minute. Azure OpenAI analyzes the photo, designs the card concept, and generates the artwork. Cards generate one at a time, and multi-card AI pack generation is disabled.
Can I print the cards?▼
Yes. Every card downloads as a 750 x 1050 PNG at 5:7, without dedicated bleed or DPI metadata. In-app print orders cost INR 99 per card plus INR 49 shipping. Shipping is free from INR 390, and orders require at least two distinct card entries.
What rarity tiers are available?▼
MakeACard uses a 5-tier rarity system: Common (50%), Uncommon (30%), Rare (10%), Holo Rare (7%), and Secret Rare (3%). Higher rarities get better stats, stronger attacks, and animated holographic CSS effects.
Do I own the cards I create?▼
Yes. You own your uploaded photos and the AI-generated cards created from them. MakeACard does not claim ownership of user content. Commercial use depends on your local AI copyright regulations.
