Can I make custom trading cards from any photo?▼
Yes. Upload any JPG or PNG and the AI analyzes the subject, generates original artwork, assigns stats and abilities, and rolls a rarity tier. Portraits, pets, sports shots, cosplay, and group photos all work.
What styles of custom trading cards can I make?▼
MakeACard does not have a discrete style selector. Upload a photo and optionally enter one free-text theme hint, such as anime, sports, fantasy, birthday, or wedding, to guide the AI.
Are the cards print-ready?▼
Each card exports as a 750 x 1050 PNG at 5:7. The file has no dedicated bleed area or DPI metadata.
How does the rarity system work?▼
Each card gets a weighted random rarity roll: Common (50%), Uncommon (30%), Rare (10%), Holo Rare (7%), Secret Rare (3%). Rarity affects stats, attack power, and visual effects. Holo Rare and Secret Rare cards get animated holographic shimmer.
Can I make cards for events and parties?▼
Yes. Add an optional event theme hint for birthday, wedding, graduation, family, office, or party cards. MakeACard generates one card at a time.
Is there a limit to how many cards I can create?▼
Each linked identity gets one free successful card per Asia/Kolkata day. Authenticated users can buy 10 credits for INR 149. Cards generate one at a time, and multi-card AI pack generation is disabled.
